We are calling all quilting enthusiasts and friends to volunteer and help make this event a vibrant celebration of quilting artistry. Whether you're looking to meet fellow quilters, contribute to our guild's success, or simply enjoy beauty of quilts up close, there's a role for everyone.

Ticket Sales & Admission
Be the welcoming face of the show! Manage entry points, sell tickets, and provide information for the guests.
Quilt Angels
Wander to show floor and ensure quilts are displayed properly, answer visitor questions and share stories about the quilts and their creators.
Booth Sitters
Provide short breaks for exhibitors by managing their booths. This is a great chance to interact with artists and attendees.
Set-up Crew
Help us transform The Plano Event Center into a quilt paradise! Set up involves arranging displays, hanging quilts, preparing signage and other tasks to help vendors.
Take-Down Crew
After the show wraps up, help us take down decorations, fold quilts, and clear the Plano Event Center.

Parking is Free!
Directions – Plano Event Center is located at the corner of East Spring Creek Parkway and Jupiter in Plano. From US-75, at the Spring Creek Parkway exit, go east on Spring Creek Parkway.
Parking – General and Handicapped
Use the parking lot on the east side of the Plano Event Center. Enter the parking lot from Jupiter Road. Enter the Center through the East Doors.
Parking – Vendor and Overflow
Use the parking lot on the west side of the Plano Event Center. Enter the parking lot from Spring Creek Parkway. Enter the Center through the West Doors.
Drop-Off Entrance for Buses and Vans – Enter the parking lot from Spring Creek Parkway and proceed to drop-off circle at the West Doors to the Center.
